With the conclusion of local government elections the Western Distributor project team has released the “Community Liaison Group summary of input for consideration by tenderers, specialists undertaking EES studies and the project team”.

Thanks to Michael Ingram for his strong representation that has at least ensured that the concerns of Kensington, West Melbourne, Flemington and the Moonee Ponds Creek are listed in this report.

Drawing these matters to the attention of those who must be influenced is the next battle as you can see from the report there are many localised concerns all along the route.
