Website Privacy and Security – How do we protect your information?

Forwarding credit card numbers or other sensitive information via email or facsimile is not safe. We suggest you contact us by telephone or mail. We will never ask for your credit card details. Any such requests should be considered a hoax and be disregarded and reported accordingly. 

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. However, we will use our best endeavours to protect your personally identifiable information. Online Payments and refund policy

Membership payments and donations are not tax deductible.

Any payment made by credit card is processed securely and no card details are stored by us. All credit card transactions are processed by eWAY who hold a PCI Compliance License. Upon approval by eWAY, a receipt is electronically sent reading as “KENSINGTON ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED”. We only retain a transaction number, which cannot be linked to your credit card details.

Any request for a full or part refund of a current membership, donation or incorrect receipt of monies must be forwarded in writing for review and consideration. Requests will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact us by:
