The Kensington Association has prepared this submission after considering the views of its members expressed during the consultation period, but also expressed over the course of the Arden Macaulay Structure Plan and planning scheme amendment processes. Since providing feedback on the Structure Plan in December 2019, the Association has had significant consultations and discussions with Council officers, and we commend the Council’s efforts to improve the process of consultation with the community. While we appreciate significant improvements in the current draft, we retain significant concerns and feedback in this current document which should be read in conjunction with our previous submission dated 14 December 2019.
