The Kensington Association supports urban renewal of the area, but it needs to be sensitive to the needs and priorities of the existing community. Some of the Association’s key concerns cover issues of lack of public open space; building heights, scale, heritage and amenity; no guarantee of timely community infrastructure; and the need for protection  of existing residents whose homes interface with the new Arden-Macaulay zoning.
