I have discovered a problem with our process of advising members of the proposal to change the Kensington Association Constitution. We cannot find a dated notice of advice of change. To comply with Consumer Affairs Victoria requirements and the Incorporations Act it will therefore be necessary to re-address this at a Special General Meeting to be held at the start of our ordinary meeting on Monday 11^th November at 7:30.
The earlier constitution, with changes to be made, is available here showing amendments to KA Constitution. The version approved at our September meeting is here, hopefully to be re-endorsed on 11^th November KA Constitution Endorsed 2nd Sept 2013.
