The Annual General Meeting for the Kensington Assocation is to be held on August 10th starting at 4:30. All members and interested parties are invited and very welcome to attend the AGM.

All committee positions will be made vacant and nominees will be voted to fulfill positions for the following 12 months. The main committee positons to be filled are: Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Secretary. In addition we will seek to fill other advisory roles.

We encourage all members and interested parties to consider nomination. if you wish to nominate someone interested in joining the committee, please use the attached form here.

If you cannot attend the meeting but wish to nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf, please use the attached form here.

Please note the AGM will follow the Saturday Community Event aimed at discussing the ourcome of the Survey and the Associations strategy moving forward. Nibbles and drinks will be served directly following the AGM. Please come along and join other association members.
Our next meeting will require a vote on our new constitution updated for the new Act.
